Mrs K Lakshmi and Ms Ayesha BB Placement Co ordinators organized a Placement awareness program on 25th of July 2015 , Placement Co Ordinators of Vijaya College Dr AS Govind and Prof S Sundareshan were invited as guests.
Dr Govind while addressing the students explained in detail about the careers in Industry and its academic requirements to be fulfilled by the students who are raring to enter the corporate world and also trained on how students can gain a competitive edge in their career, groom their confidence and develop their personality to enable them to become employable.
Students were also guided on the techniques on how to make their own RESUME and increase the readability as per the industry expectations . Tips on how students can sharpen their communication skills by participating in Debates , discussions seminars etc were given.
