On the 2nd July 2016, a lecture was organised on shab-e-qadar. Lailatul qadar also known as shab-e-qadar. Moulana Mr Shakirullah called this night as the night of decree, the night of power, the night of destiny and the night of measure.
He also told children that on this night, the blessings & the mercy of Allah are abundant, sins are forgiven, supplications are accepted & that the annual decree is revealed to the angles who also descend to the earth. He also said the night of Al Qadar is better than a thousand months this means the worship performed in this night brings more reward than that worship carried out for the period of a thousand months.
Finally he concluded by saying that whosoever stood up in front of Allah on the night of qadar with the true conviction of attaining reward from Allah, in return Allah will forgive all his/her previous sins.
