knowledge sharing lecture on strength,weaknesses,opportunities&Threats was held on 1st october 2016 at hi tech seminar hall by Mr.Akbar Iqbal vice principal Huda pu college, Bangalore. The speaker presented a wonderful PPT on “What makes a great teacher great”. The speaker explained great teacher engage students and get them to look at issues in a variety of ways, and also highlighted on great teachers form strong relationships with their students and show that they care about children. Teachers with these qualities are known to stay after college and make themselves available to students and parents who need them.He also put up light on three components stating that pack yourself with knowledge, use it at the right place and at the right time.The program was aimed to train the faculties of BET INSTITUTIONS and to update their subject knowldge. It was very informative and interactive session.Participants from primary to degree college.The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Mrs.Farheen Afreen department of IT.
