Knowledge sharing lecture was organised on 3rd December 2016 at hi-tech seminar hall on “Neuro linguistic programming and Body language”.by Mr. Rafiulla Baig, founder and director hand writing expert. The speaker presented on element of body language awareness. In speaking or leadership role it is vital to develop excellent body language techniques. The speaker emphasized on language techniques to make your message memorable and interesting. The trainer Mr.Rafiulla Baig had conducted psychological benefits of “Hugging”, Hugs makes us feel good for a reason and its not just the loving embrace that gives us that warm feel in our hearts, like lower heart rate, enhance immune system and interpersonal touch can help people deal with their emotions with clarity and more effectively. All the participants really enjoyed alot and it was very wonderful session
