On the same day we had a very beautiful lecture ” On Quality over Quantity” by renowed speaker Dr. Mushtaq saheb, Director Huda group of institutions and president MFERD. The speaker delivered a beautiful lecture on education and quality over quantity in terms of relevance and degree of academic excellence. There is a great challenge indeed for their academic potential, credibility and excellence have to grow with respect to time. The ideas and ideals of the institutions should evolve and change with respect to trends world wide.Dr. Mushtaq saheb spoke on our current education must adopt open, transparent and efficient system so as to produce value added knowledgeable trained human power, both quality over quantity shall depends up on curriculum aspects, teaching learning process, perfomances evaluation, productivity, educational innovations, enhancement strategies, plans for institutional growth, management communication. He presented a PPT on ” The importance of finding the right ‘fit’ in potential hires has become increasing popular and essential and successful real incidents.
