A National Webinar on “Our responsibilities in present COVID-19 Scenario” was organised by BET COMPOSITE PU COLLEGE in association with BET SADATHUNNISA DEGREE COLLEGE. The speaker for this webinar was Mufti Iftikhar Ahmed Qasmi, President, Jamiat Ulama, A renowned speaker, Karnataka.
The welcome for this event was done by Mr. Khalid Ahmed, Manager, BET Institutions.
This webinar mainly focused on the precautions and measures to be taken during this pandemic situation of COVID-19. He cited many Hadees -e- Nabvi to make people understand this situation. There are many initiatives taken by him. His team is putting efforts in spreading awareness about this disease. He spoke about importance of taking necessary precautions in this distressing times. He also said that he and his team is making special arrangements of burying the bodies of those who died with Covid positive. He spoke about how almighty has brought the countries on knees for those who used to think themselves as superpowers. He also said the value and importance of namaz and tilawat-e-quran. He stated that the disease spread is another sign of Doom’s Day (roz-e-qayamat), hence we all should pray for Magfirat. The webinar was concluded with a vote of thanks by Madam Sayera Uzma, lecturer, department of Physics. Followed by Dua by Mufti Ifikhar Ahmed Qasmi.
